RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Our Recreational Gymnastics Program is divided into three categories: Preschool, KinderKids, and School classes. Learn more about our programming by reading below.

PRESCHOOL
AGES: 2.5 - 4.5
Preschool Gymnastics is a fun way to introduce movement, flexibility, and strength to children ages 2.5 - 4 years old who are potty trained in a safe, positive environment.
Our fun lesson plans introduce your child to physical activities that engage their imagination, develop gross motor strength, build coordination, and introduce basic gymnastics through shapes and technique. Children will learn to stay with a group, start to follow directions, and develop their independence as they attend this class alone.

KINDERKIDS
AGES: 5 - 6
KinderKids Gymnastics is for children 5 - 6 years old who are enrolled in Kindergarten and ready to be challenged and have fun. This is an entry level class designed for younger gymnasts who want to get a head start on their gymnastics skills.
Our lesson plans will focus on building a strong gymnastics foundation in a fun and positive environment. Gymnasts will be began to learn forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands, and other basic gymnastics shapes and techniques. Fundamental gymnastics skills will also be introduced on Vault, Bars, and Beam.

SCHOOL AGE
AGES: 6 & UP
Our School Age Gymnastics classes are for school age children of all skill levels. Gymnasts will learn skills on all four events through safe and logical progression, as well as build strength, increase flexibility, and gain confidence.
Each gymnast progresses at his/her own rate, accomplishing skills and moving onto the next level in the program. It is common to spend more than one session in the same level as it takes time, dedication, and strength to master skills.

Gymnasts must master all of the skills in each level to progress to the next.
