IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS
Private lessons are available to DFG members and non-members of all ages and levels. This is a great way to work on specific skills/events your gymnast is struggling with, build confidence, and get extra practice time in the gym. Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs of your gymnast. Scheduling is based off the coach's availability and gym space. To schedule a private lesson, please connect with the coach you are interested in training with.

*Shared lessons limit to two participants.
Dynamic Flights Gymnastics requires a cancellation notice of twelve hours. Lessons canceled after this period will still incur charges.
