RECREATIONAL CLASS MOBILITY

Our Recreational Gymnastics classes are for children ages 6 and up of all skill levels. Gymnasts will learn skills on all four events through safe and logical progression, as well as build strength, increase flexibility, and gain confidence.

 

​​Each gymnast progresses at his/her own rate, accomplishing skills and moving onto the next level in the program. It is common to spend more than one session in the same level as it takes time, dedication, and strength to master skills.

​

Gymnasts must master all of the skills in each level to progress to the next.​
