WHAT'S INCLUDED:
90 MIN. OF OPEN GYM TIME
Some of the activities may include gymnastics, parachute, obstacle course, and games. The amount of gymnastics incorporated into the party can be decided on by the birthday boy or girl.
30 MIN. FOR TREATS & GIFTS
In addition to gym time, you have 30 minutes in a designated area that is set up with tables, chairs, and a backdrop. We provide tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils in the birthday child's favorite color.
10 GUESTS + BIRTHDAY CHILD
The standard birthday package includes 10 guests. Additional guests can be added for an additional fee of $10 per guest (maximum of 15 guests). All guests must sign a waiver.
GOODY BAGS FOR GUESTS
We provide goody bags filled with fun prizes and treats for the 10 guests. If you add additional guests, the additional goody bags are included in that fee.
T-SHIRT FOR BIRTHDAY CHILD
The birthday boy or girl receives a goody bag and a special Dynamic Flights shirt. Please let us know your child's t-shirt size.
PRICING
The standard party package is $150.00 plus a $25.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
Total: $175.00
Reservation fee due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due day of party.

What's included in your birthday party package?

Our $175 party package includes 10 guests plus the birthday child, 90 minutes of gym time, 30 minutes for treats, a DFG t-shirt and goody bag for the birthday child, goody bags for the guests, plates, napkins, forks/spoons, cups, and tablecloths.
How are birthday parties set up?

Parties include 90 minutes of gym time and 30 minutes for treats. The DFG coach can help set up obstacles, lead games, and customize the party to the birthday child's wishes.
Can I bring my own food, treats, and drinks?

Yes, you can bring your own food, treats, and drink into the party space. They are not allowed in the gym space.
Can I bring my own decorations?

DFG provides tablecloths, plates, napkins, forks/spoons, and cups in the color of your choice. A backdrop is also set up that can be used for photos. If there is a certain theme your child wants, we try our best to match the theme. We also have gymnastics themed Photo Booth props available for use. If you would like to bring in additional decorations, you can! We do not allow confetti or silly string in the facility.
Do parents/guardians or additional adult family members count towards the guest count?

No, they do not count towards the guest count.
Can adults be on the equipment?

Adults can be on some of the equipment and are required to sign a waiver. The DFG coach hosting the party can show the adults what they can be on.
Do guests need to complete a waiver to participate?

All participants are required to sign a waiver before the party..
What time should I arrive for my party?

You can arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party.
