Dynamic Flights Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics Club Member. USA Gymnastics is the governing body for gymnastics in the United States, and through it, we offer competitive gymnastics in the Xcel Program.
 
We love the Xcel program because it allows for flexibility and individuality. With a wide range of skills to meet event requirements, routines can be designed around each gymnast's unique strengths, promoting confidence, growth, and long-term success in the sport.

We value graciousness in both victory and defeat, respect and support for teammates and opponents, strong leadership, and a positive team environment built on working together. Our coaches are committed to guiding and supporting each gymnast as they grow in skill, confidence, and character—inside and outside the gym.
