KinderKids Gymnastics is for children 5 - 6 years old who are enrolled in Kindergarten and ready to be challenged and have fun. This is an entry level class designed for younger gymnasts who want to get a head start on their gymnastics skills.

 

Our lesson plans will focus on building a strong gymnastics foundation in a fun and positive environment. Gymnasts will be began to learn forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands, and other basic gymnastics shapes and techniques. Fundamental gymnastics skills will also be introduced on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
