Mobility charts can be found under our Recreational Gymnastics page.

Proper hygiene is essential in all aspects of life. It is very hard to approach a child or parent about a lack of cleanliness or a foul body odor. However, in a gymnastics center where activities induce sweat and children are moving through the space, odors can become a distraction and an embarrassment for the child. To avoid these problems, please be sure all leotards/gym wear is laundered after each wearing; hair should be clean and pulled back properly, and deodorant should be a consideration for all students age 9 and up for class

Summer Showcase is our annual event where the gymnasts get the chance to shine bright and display their incredible skills, hard work, and dedication. Gymnasts rotate to each event showcasing the progress they have achieved throughout the session. The bleachers are pulled-out for friends, family, and fans to cheer on their favorite gymnasts. At the conclusion of the show, gymnasts are brought to the front of the floor and recognized with a medal.
-
We typically have one-two preschool showcases, two recreational showcases, and a team showcase to ensure there is enough seating for friends and family to come and support their favorite gymnast(s).
