COMPETITION GYMNASTICS

Dynamic Flights Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics Member Club. We follow the guidelines set forth by this organization. We participate in the Xcel Program. The Xcel Program is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.

 

Xcel gymnasts commit to a year-round training schedule. Our expectation is their commitment to the program is a high priority. Attendance and punctuality are very important.​ When you register for Summer Session, you are committing to the entire season (June 2024 - May 2025).
